Co-Pioneer of Confidence Through Cabaret, Heather Stephenson for the last 25 years has owned a global consultancy specializing in leadership and career training, which she started after she discovered cabaret and learned how to powerfully take up space and own her voice and narrative in her personal life. She has worked globally in corporate supplying leadership training and coaching to clients. During COVID, she had a chance to stop and reflect and dive into masculine and feminine energies that have changed the way she views the cultures of ‘doing’ and ‘results’ without genuine connection.
