Simon spent 26 years serving in the Canadian Army and the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) where he climbed the ranks of the command structure, gaining leadership lessons from his epic mistakes and wins. A believer of servant and transformational leadership, Simon retired from the RCAF to pursue new adventures and long-held passions – including hosting his own podcast titled, Trench Leadership: A Podcast From the Front.
