Women Who Build Empires

Oct 23, 2020

I am so excited to have this conversation with Sarah Noll Wilson, who is on a mission to help leaders build and rebuild teams. Sarah has 15 years extensive experience in talent and leadership development, the CEO (Chief Edge Officer) of her coaching and consulting firm and soon to be author.

Sarah shares how being empathetic and allowing our “human-ness” to come through when managing a team is frequently the missing link that helps team members feel more valued and perform at a high level.

Enjoy listening!
